Can I email an order?

You can process the order by caray.co through the shopping cart or send a manual request to business.usa@caray.co.

What is the warranty policy for your product?

All Caray products carry a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This includes any defects resulting from a manufacturing defect or missing parts.

Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also voids this warranty.

You must have proof of purchase to make a warranty policy claim for any product purchased from caray.co.

Caray’s goal is to continually update and improve our products. Due to this process, some product images, logos and labels on the website are subject to change from time to time.

I don’t have an invoice. How can I buy a replacement part or unit?

Contact Caray Customer Service at +1 (786) 2337410 and follow the directions to the “Sales Department”. The customer service representative will be happy to help you purchase the replacement part over the phone with a credit card.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Paypal, Payoneer

What shipping service do you use?

Geez ships via USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL. You must have a physical address for all caray.co deliveries.

How long does it take to process / receive my order?

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is received. Please note: this processing time occurs for all orders including those placed through express delivery. The delivery time depends on the level of service you select and your location.

Can you rush an order?

Yes, we are normally able to meet all the expected needs for a rush order. All orders shipped by air must be placed online by 12:00 PM to ensure same day shipping.

I did not receive an email confirmation for my order.

Your immediate confirmation is available for you to print at the end of the checkout process, once your process is complete. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you entered during purchase. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact business.usa@caray.co

How do I obtain the follow-up confirmation of the dispatch of my product?

A confirmation email will be sent to you when your package is shipped. This will include the carrier’s tracking number. If you do not receive this notification, within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact business.usa@caray.co or +1 (786) 2337410 Naples Florida.
