What is the warranty policy for your product?
All Caray products carry a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This includes any defects resulting from a manufacturing defect or missing parts.
The use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also voids this warranty.
You must have proof of purchase to make a warranty policy claim for any product purchased from caray.usa.co.
Caray’s goal is to continually update and improve our products. Due to this process, some product images, logos, and labels on the website are subject to change from time to time.
I don’t have an invoice. How can I buy a replacement part or unit?

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is received. Please note: this processing time occurs for all orders including those placed through express delivery. The delivery time depends on the level of service you select and your location.
Can you rush an order?
Yes, we are normally able to meet all the expected needs for a rush order. All orders shipped by air must be placed online by 12:00 PM to ensure same day shipping.
