Caray Professional MMA Boxing Bag
The Caray Professional Boxing Bag is designed for power training and mixed martial arts techniques, allowing practitioners to easily train combinations of punches and kicks.
This bag measures 1 meter in height and 35 cm in diameter, facilitating the simulation of basic techniques such as straight punch (Jab), cross punch (Cross), liver hook, front low kick, and head kick. It helps in working on footwork, movement, and advancing techniques.
The Caray Professional Boxing Bag comes with straps and rings to be hung from the ceiling using carabiner and anchor accessories. Alternatively, it can be hung using a metal wall bracket to adjust the bag’s height according to your stature. It is recommended that the top interior part aligns with hip level for effective simulation of an opponent’s form and practice of jabs and crosses.
For training, we recommend using MMA or Boxing Gloves based on the modality being practiced.
