This boxing bag measures 1.20 meters in height and 40 cm in diameter. Thanks to its height, it allows for easier simulation of training basic techniques such as straight punches (Jab), cross punches (Cross), liver hooks (Liver Hook), front kicks (Front Low Kick), head kicks (Head Low Kick), and low kicks (Low Kick), enabling you to work on movement, techniques in Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Sanda, Karate, Taekwondo, and other styles requiring powerful kicking techniques to develop strength.
This boxing bag has a diameter of 40 cm, making it one of the heaviest, allowing for specific power training. Being thicker, it holds more filling, so the bag won’t move much during training and can handle the required power training.
The Caray Professional Extra Long Boxing Bag features a system of straps and rings to hang it from the ceiling using a carabiner and wall anchor. Another way to hang the bag is by using a metal wall mount, which allows you to adjust the height according to your stature. We recommend positioning the top interior part of the bag 70 cm above the floor to simulate the shape of an opponent effectively, so your jab, cross, and low kicks can be practiced effectively.
