Professional Boxing Bag for MMA Caray

The Caray Professional Boxing Bag is designed for power training and techniques for mixed martial arts, allowing practitioners to work on combinations of punches and kicks.

This boxing bag measures 1M in height and 35 cm in diameter, facilitating the simulation of training for basic techniques such as straight punches (Jab), cross punches (Cross), liver hooks (Liver Hook), front kicks (Front Low Kick), head kicks (Head Low Kick), and movement techniques.

The Caray Professional Boxing Bag features straps and rings for hanging from the ceiling using a carabiner and wall anchor. Another way to hang the bag is by using a metal support that attaches to the wall, allowing you to adjust the height to your stature. It is recommended that the top interior part of the bag be at hip height to simulate the opponent’s shape effectively, allowing effective practice of jabs and crosses.

When training, we recommend using MMA gloves or Boxing gloves according to the style you are practicing.
