This boxing bag measures 1.20 meters in height and 40 cm in diameter, which facilitates the simulation of basic training techniques like straight punches (Jab), cross punches (Cross), liver hooks, front low kicks, head kicks (High Kick), and low kicks. This enables training in movements and advances common in Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Sanda, Karate, Taekwondo, and other disciplines that require kick power development.

With its 40 cm diameter, this bag is one of the heaviest, allowing for more specific power training. The larger diameter means it holds more filler material, reducing movement during workouts and supporting power training.

The bag features a strap and ring system for ceiling mounting, with a hook and anchor included. Alternatively, it can be wall-mounted with a metal support, allowing for adjustable height. It is recommended to have the bottom of the bag at a height of 70 cm from the floor for effective practice of jabs, crosses, and low kicks.
