Professional MMA Boxing Bag Caray

The Caray Professional Boxing Bag is designed for power training and techniques for mixed martial arts, allowing the practitioner to work on combinations of punches and kicks.

This boxing bag measures 1 meter in height and 35 cm in diameter, making it easier to simulate the training of basic techniques like straight punches (Jab), cross punches (Cross), liver hooks (Liver Hook), front kicks (Front Low Kick), head kicks (Head Low Kick), and allowing you to work on movement and advances.

The Caray Professional Boxing Bag is equipped with straps and steel rings to be hung from the ceiling with a carabiner and anchor. Another way to hang the bag is by using a metal support that goes on the wall, allowing you to adjust its height to your stature. We recommend positioning the interior top part of the bag at hip level to simulate the shape of an opponent effectively, allowing for effective practice of jabs and crosses.

We recommend using MMA gloves or boxing gloves according to the style you are practicing.
