The Caray Extra Long Professional Boxing Bag is designed for power training and techniques for mixed martial arts and boxing, allowing practitioners to train with combinations of punches and kicks.

This boxing bag has a size of 1.20 meters in height and 40 cm in diameter. Thanks to its height, it facilitates the simulation of basic techniques such as straight punch (Jab), cross punch (Cross), liver hook, front kick (front low kick), head kick (head low kick), and low kick, allowing for movements and advances used in Muay Thai, kickboxing, sanda, karate, taekwondo, and other disciplines requiring kick power to develop strength.

With its 40 cm diameter, this bag is among the heaviest, allowing for specific power training. Being thicker, it holds more filling, preventing much movement during training, which helps with the necessary power development.

The Caray Extra Long Professional Boxing Bag features a strap and ring system for ceiling hanging, complete with a carabiner and chazo accessories. It can also be hung using a metal support attached to a wall, allowing height adjustment according to the user’s stature. The top of the bag should be 70 cm above the floor to simulate an opponent effectively and ensure that your jabs, crosses, and low kicks are practiced correctly.

For training, we recommend using MMA or boxing gloves depending on the practiced discipline.
