This boxing bag measures 1 meter in height and 35 cm in diameter, making it ideal for simulating basic techniques like straight punches (Jab), cross punches (Cross), liver hooks (Liver Hook), front kicks (Front Low Kick), head kicks (Head Low Kick), and enables you to work on movement and advances.

The Caray Professional Boxing Bag features a system of straps and rings to hang it from the ceiling using the provided carabiner and anchor. Another option is to use a metal wall mount, which allows you to adjust the bag’s height according to your stature. We recommend positioning the inner top part of the bag at hip height to simulate an opponent effectively and practice jabs and crosses efficiently.
