This boxing bag measures 1.50 meters high x 40 cm in diameter, thanks to its height it facilitates the simulation of training basic techniques such as straight punch (Jab), cross punch (Cross), liver hook (Liver Hook), front kick (front low kick), head kick (Head Low kick), low kick (Low Kick), and helps work on footwork and movements used in modalities like Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Sanda, Karate, Taekwondo, and other disciplines requiring kick power training.
The Professional Extra Long Boxing Bag Caray comes with straps and metal rings for hanging from the ceiling with the included accessories (carabiner and anchor), and another option is to use a metal support attached to the wall to adjust the height to the user’s stature. It is recommended that the bag’s inner cover should be at about 50 cm above the floor to simulate the opponent’s form and allow effective practice of jab, cross, and low kick techniques.
It is recommended to train with MMA Gloves or Boxing Gloves according to the practicing modality.
