The Caray Professional Boxing Bag is designed for power and technique training in Mixed Martial Arts, allowing practitioners to work on combinations of punches and kicks.
This boxing bag measures 1M high x 35 cm in diameter, facilitating simulation of basic techniques such as jab, cross, liver hook, front low kick, and head low kick, while working on footwork and advances.
The Caray Professional Boxing Bag features a rope and ring system for ceiling mounting with mosqueton and chazo accessories, or can be mounted on a metal wall bracket, allowing height adjustment to suit the user’s stature. We recommend positioning the inner cover at hip height to simulate an opponent and effectively practice jabs and crosses.
Recommended training gear: MMA or Boxing Gloves, depending on the training modality.
