The Extra Long Professional Caray boxing bag features a strap and ring system for hanging from the ceiling with carabiner and anchor bolt accessories. Alternatively, it can be hung with a metal wall bracket, allowing for height adjustment to your stature. We recommend placing the inner lid around 50 cm above the floor to simulate the opponent’s shape effectively and practice jabs, crosses, and low kicks.
