This boxing bag measures 1M in height and 35 cm in diameter and features two handles on the body to facilitate the simulation of basic techniques like straight punches (Jab), cross punches (Cross), liver hooks, front kicks (front low kick), head kicks (Head Low kick), and thus working on movement and progress.
The Caray boxing bag with a handle features foam protruding from the bottom of the bag to protect the knees while training, eliminating the need for knee pads during practice.
