The Caray Professional Punching Bag features straps and rings to hang it from the ceiling with the included hook and anchor accessories. Another way to hang the bag is by using a metal support on the wall, which allows you to adjust its height according to your stature. We recommend setting the inner flap of the bag at waist height to simulate the form of an opponent and effectively practice your jabs, crosses, and low kicks.
