The Professional Caray grip boxing bag is designed for power training and techniques for mixed martial arts, allowing the practitioner to work with combinations of punches, kicks, and knees.
This boxing bag measures 1M in height by 35 cm in diameter, and on the body part, it features two handles to facilitate the simulation of basic training techniques such as straight punch (Jab), cross punch (Cross), liver hook, front kick (front low kick), head kick (head low kick), thus working on footwork and movements.
The Caray grip boxing bag has foam padding at the bottom for protection while training with knees, so knee pads are not necessary for training.
