Professional Boxing Bag for MMA Caray

The Caray Professional Boxing Bag is designed for power and technique training in mixed martial arts, allowing practitioners to work on combinations of punches and kicks.

This boxing bag measures 1M in height x 35 cm in diameter, making it easier to simulate training for basic techniques such as straight punch (Jab), cross punch (Cross), liver hook (Liver Hook), front kick (front low kick), head kick (Head Low kick), and work on movement and advances.

The Caray Professional Boxing Bag features a strap and ring system to be hung from the ceiling with carabiner and wall plug accessories. Another way to hang the boxing bag is by using a metal support mounted on the wall, which also allows you to adjust the height to your size. We recommend that the top part of the bag be at hip height to simulate an opponent’s shape effectively and practice your jabs and crosses properly.

We recommend using MMA or boxing gloves during training, depending on the style you practice.
