Caray Extra Long Boxing Bag for MMA

The Caray Professional Extra Long Boxing Bag is designed for power training and techniques for mixed martial arts, allowing the practitioner to work on combinations of punches and kicks.

This boxing bag measures 1.50 meters in height and 35 cm in diameter, and its height allows for effective simulation of basic techniques such as straight punches (jab), cross punches (cross), liver hooks, front low kicks, head kicks, and low kicks. It’s suitable for training in Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Sanda, Karate, Taekwondo, and other disciplines requiring strong kicks.

The Caray Extra Long Professional Boxing Bag features straps and rings for hanging from the ceiling with a carabiner and hook, or it can be mounted on a metal wall bracket, which can be adjusted to the user’s height. It is recommended to position the top part of the bag around 50 cm from the floor for optimal practice of punches and kicks.

It’s recommended to use MMA gloves or boxing gloves depending on the practice modality.
